IAFT-1 — Notice of Appeal to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)
Used to appeal a Home Office immigration or asylum decision to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) by post or email, whether you are inside or outside the UK. IAFT-1 is now the single paper appeal form - the separate out-of-country forms IAFT-2 and IAFT-6 have been consolidated into it. Most appellants should use the online appeal service instead.
This is a reference summary, not the official form (IAFT-1).
Do not file this page. Always download and submit the current official form from the issuing authority.
