By accessing or using uklawreference.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. No legal advice

The Site is a free educational reference. We are not a law firm, are not authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Bar Standards Board, do not represent clients, and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice for your specific circumstances. Reading the Site does not create a solicitor–client (or any other professional) relationship.

3. Accuracy and currency
