Judgment Enforcement Route Chooser

After winning a county court judgment, choose the most appropriate enforcement method — warrant of control, attachment of earnings, third-party debt order, charging order, or insolvency — based on the debt amount and debtor's circumstances.

When to use this tool

Use after obtaining a county court judgment (CCJ) that the defendant has not paid. A judgment does not automatically result in payment — you must actively enforce it. The right method depends on the amount, whether the debtor is an individual or company, and what assets or income they have.
