What is the Electronic Communications Code and how does it affect landowners?

The Electronic Communications Code (Schedule 3A of the Communications Act 2003, as amended by the Digital Economy Act 2017) grants Code operators (telecoms companies) the right to install and maintain apparatus on public and private land.
