Section 14ZC — Repayment of rent paid for days after end of tenancy

(1) [F1 A person who paid rent as a tenant under an assured tenancy is entitled to be repaid any part of that rent that relates to days falling after the end of the tenancy.]
(2) [F1 Subsection (1) does not affect any other entitlement to payment arising at the end of an assured tenancy.]
