Section 27BZ3 — Regulations

(1) [F1 Regulations under this Part may—]

(a) [F1 make different provision for different purposes;]

(b) [F1 make provision subject to exceptions.]

(2) [F1 Regulations under this Part may provide that a reference in the regulations to a provision of legislation is to be read as a reference to that provision as amended from time to time.]
