Section 187 — Interpretation

(1) In this Chapter—“rail vehicle” and “regulated rail vehicle” have the meaning given in section 182(4); “rail vehicle accessibility regulations” has the meaning given in section 182(1).

(2) For the purposes of this Chapter a vehicle is used “for carriage” if it is used for the carriage of passengers.
