Section 13 — Statements of community involvement

(1) Section 18 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (statement of community involvement) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (2) after “sections” insert “ 13, 15, ”.

(3) After subsection (3A) insert— (3B) The Secretary of State may by regulations prescribe matters to be addressed by a statement of community involvement in addition to the matters mentioned in subsection (2).
