Section 121 — General interpretation

In this Act—“notice” means written notice (and to “notify” means to give written notice); “the OfS” has the meaning given by section 1; “primary legislation” means— (a) an Act of Parliament; (b) an Act of the Scottish Parliament; (c) a Measure or Act of the National Assembly for Wales; (d) Northern Ireland legislation; “secondary legislation” means an instrument made under primary legislation; “UKRI” has the meaning given by section 91.
