Section 4 — Meaning of “the Immigration Acts” etc.

(1) In section 61 of the UK Borders Act 2007, in subsection (2) (which defines “the Immigration Acts”)—

(a) omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (j);

(b) after paragraph (k) insert, and (l) Part 1 of the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 2020 (and Part 3 so far as relating to that Part).
