Section 11 — Member States to remain category 1 territories

(1) In the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 1 Territories) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/3333) after Article 1 insert—1AThe following territories are designated for the purposes of Part 1 of the Extradition Act 2003—Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

(2) In Article 2(2) and Article 3(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/3334) omit the entry for each territory that is designated for the purposes of Part 1 of the Extradition Act 2003 by reason of subsection (1) of this section.
