Section 7 — Duties in respect of research: business plan and annual report etc

(1) The National Health Service Act 2006 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 13L (duty in respect of research), after “functions,” insert “facilitate or otherwise”.
(3) In section 13T (business plan), in subsection (2)(a), after “13G” insert “, 13L”.
(4) In section 13U (annual report), in subsection (2)(c) (as amended by section 78(4) of this Act), at the appropriate place insert— section 13L; .
