In section 62A of TCPA 1990 (when application may be made directly to the Secretary of State), in subsection (3)(a)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (i) omit “or”;

(b) after that sub-paragraph insert— (ia) an application for hazardous substances consent under the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990, or .
