Section 75 — Disposal of land

In section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (disposal of land by principal councils), after subsection (2B) insert— (2C) Police and crime commissioners and the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime are to be treated as principal councils for the purposes of this section.
