Section 156 — Register of overseas entities

In section 3 of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022, in subsection (2)—
(a) in paragraph (b), omit “, or otherwise in connection with the register”;
(b) after paragraph (b) (but before the “and” at the end) insert— (ba) documents delivered to the registrar under or by virtue of Part 35 of the Companies Act 2006 in connection with the register or the delivery of other documents that, on registration, will form part of the register,.
