Section 120 — Interpretation of references to other Acts

In this Act— “the BSA 2022” means the Building Safety Act 2022; “the CLRA 2002” means the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002; “the LRA 1967” means the Leasehold Reform Act 1967; “the LRHUDA 1993” means the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993; “the LR(GR)A 2022” means the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022; “the LTA 1985” means the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985; “the LTA 1987” means the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987; “the RA 1977” means the Rentcharges Act 1977.
