Validity requirements for a Student

ST 1.2.

An application for entry clearance or permission to stay as a Student must meet all the following requirements:

The applicant must be awarded all 70 points from the table below.

ST 7.1.

The Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies must have been issued by a student sponsor whose licence is still valid on the date on which the application is decided.

ST 12.1.

If the applicant is applying for permission to stay and has been living in the UK with permission for 12 months or more on the date of application, they will meet the financial requirement and do not need to show funds.
