These Regulations revoke The Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 ( S.R. 2007 No. 357 as amended by S.R. 2007 No. 364 , S.R. 2007 No. 399 and S.R. 2007 No. 441 ). The Regulations give effect to the Commission Decision of 13th December 2007 amending Commission Decision 2007/554/ EC concerning certain protection measures against foot-and-mouth disease in the United Kingdom (not yet published in the Official Journal) .
