These Rules amend the Rules of the Court of Judicature (Northern Ireland) 1980 ( S.R. 1980 No. 346 ) by amending Order 29 to make provision for the High Court to make an order for an interim payment to be made to a plaintiff in cases in which there is more than one defendant.
