These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 to allow holders of Group 2 licences (bus and lorry drivers) who have diabetes to use any appropriate glucose monitoring system to monitor their glucose levels instead of blood glucose testing.
