The Tobacco and Vapes (2026 Act) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026

This Order brings into operation on 29 th October 2026 section 87 of, and Schedule 10 to, the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 for the purpose of amending the Tobacco Retailers Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 (c. 4 (N.I.)) to extend certain provisions about the registration of tobacco retailers so that they apply in relation to retailers of vaping products and nicotine products.
