This Order increases the rents registered with the rent officer for Northern Ireland under Part IV of the Private Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 during the period beginning on 2nd April 2007 and ending on 5th July 2026 by 4.8 percent.
A landlord must give a tenant at least 4 weeks’ notice of the increase in accordance with Article 49 of the Private Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.
