This Order makes provision consequential on the Food (Scotland) Act 2015 that Food Standards Scotland is the competent authority for the purposes of certain provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 ( OJ No. L 31, 1.2.2002, p.1) relating to Scotland.
