This Order authorises FVS Dean Moor Limited (company number 14712545) (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to construct, operate, maintain and decommission a ground mounted solar photovoltaic generating station with a gross electrical output capacity over 50 megawatts and associated development. The Order would permit the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose.

A copy of the Order plans and the book of reference mentioned in the Order and certified in accordance with article 39 (certification of documents, etc.) of this Order may be inspected free of charge during normal working hours at Cumberland Council, Allerdale House, New Bridge Road, Workington CA14 3YJ.
