This Order amends the Avian Influenza (H5N1 in Poultry) (Wales) Order 2006 ( S.I. 2006/3309 (W.299) ) and the Avian Influenza (H5N1 in Wild Birds) (Wales) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/3310 (W.300) ) to add raw petfood to the lists of by-products which can be moved under the authority of a licence issued by a veterinary inspector under each Order.
A regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument.
This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2006/3309 (W.299) & 2006/3310 (W.300) and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Statutory Instruments.
