This Order brings into force on 31 January 2010 the following provisions of the Local Transport Act 2008 (“the Act”) .
Sections 13 to 18 (with the exception of Section 13(1) and 13(2) which came into force on 1 April 2009) which amend powers in the Transport Act 2000 for local transport authorities to make quality partnership schemes.
Section 68(2) which extends the powers of the Welsh Ministers to subsidise the provision of certain passenger transport services.
Section 131 in so far as it relates to repeals in Schedule 7 and accordingly those repeals.
