This is the fourth commencement order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023 (asc 1) (“ the Act ”).
This Order brings into force the remaining provisions of the Act for all purposes.
The provisions listed in article 2 are brought into force on 25 March 2026 and the provisions listed in article 3 are brought into force on 1 April 2026.
