These Regulations are the sixth commencement regulations made under the Building Safety Act 2022 (“ the 2022 Act ”).
Regulation 2 brings into force certain provisions of Part 3 (amendments to the Building Act 1984) of, and Schedule 5 to, the 2022 Act on 1 July 2026 in relation to Wales.
