Statutory Holiday Pay Calculator
Calculate your statutory annual leave entitlement under the Working Time Regulations 1998 — 5.6 weeks per year — for full-time, part-time, and irregular-hours workers, including accrued leave and pay value.
Important: This tool provides general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. Limitation periods and legal deadlines are strictly enforced — missing them can permanently bar your claim. Always verify key dates with a qualified solicitor before relying on this output. Laws and court fee scales change; confirm current figures on the relevant official government website.
When to use this tool
Use to check your holiday entitlement, verify what your employer should be paying for annual leave, or calculate accrued leave on leaving employment. Part-time workers get the same 5.6 weeks pro-rated to their hours. Irregular-hours workers (zero-hours, casual) accrue holiday at 12.07% of hours worked.
