When to use this tool

Use immediately after receiving a public law decision you wish to challenge. Judicial review time limits are among the strictest in English law โ€” the court applies the 'promptly' requirement even within the outer time limit. Late claims are routinely refused without extension. Seek specialist public law advice as soon as possible after the decision.
