Explanatory note

These Regulations amend the Procurement (Amendment) Regulations 2026 to defer the coming into force of regulation 5 of those Regulations from 1st October 2026 to 1st May 2027. Regulation 5 of those Regulations amends regulation 5 of the Procurement Act 2023 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2024 , which makes provision about discontinuing publication on Contracts Finder or, where relevant, replacing it with publication on the central digital platform .
