These Regulations amend the Road User Charging Schemes (Penalty Charges, Adjudication and Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2013 ( S.I. 2013/1783 ) by amending the provisions relating to the service of notices and other documents by a charging authority. The effect of the amendment is to permit the use of a wider range of postal services and specify the deemed date of delivery for documents served within and outside the United Kingdom.

A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.
